Mile Strom Studio its subsidiaries and its affiliates ("Company" or "We" or "Us" or "Our") respect the privacy of its users ("User" or "You"). We are committed to protect our User's Information. We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding what information we collect for Admob or third party Advertisement serving technologies, and Google Analytics for collecting Games statistics we use in our Games, and under what circumstances, if any; how we use it. When you play our Games. We disclose it.

KIDS APPS PRIVACY POLICY:





This Kids Apps Privacy Policy is appointed to provide the legal guardian of a child under the age of 13 with guidance regarding our privacy policies that concern collecting, using and disclosing personal information of children under 13.

Parents and legal guardians of children under 13 have certain rights under Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA, http://www.coppa.org/coppa.htm), and Mile Strom Studio those rights.

Mile Strom Studio does not knowingly and directly collect and store on its servers any personal information from children under the age 13 as that would be a violation of COPPA. Some information may be collected by third party providers of services (advertising

Mile Strom Studio allows the use of some features in its Games offline (without internet connection). Offline play of the Games will preclude the collection of any information pertaining to You and/or Your play of the Games (including, as applicable) by any Third Parties (defined below) and/or Monster Games Productions.

and Mile Strom Studio does not collect any information from its Users. Some information may nonetheless be collected through third party services which are used in and Mile Strom Studio such as advertising networks and stored on such Third Parties' servers.

To put it simply, with respect to such Non Personal Information we have no idea what is the identity of the User from which Third Parties have collected the Non-personal Information.

Non Personal Information collected by Third Parties may include the following technical information:

• Type of browser (e.g. Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.)

• Geo-location – only general location may be collected. No street name or city/town name is collected.

HOW INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

Our Kids Apps include third parties SDKs that collect non-personal information and Kids’ Persistent Device Identifier through the use of the Kids Apps. Both, non-personal information and Kids’ Persistent Device Identifier may also be stored on the user’s device through generally accepted industry technologies used within Kids Apps (cookies, local storage).

SHARING INFORMATION

We will share the collected information (Kids’ Persistent Device Identifier) with third parties only in ways described in this privacy statement. We may disclose personal information only in the following cases:

if required by law, for example to comply with a court order, subpoena, regulation, legal process or other governmental request;
to exercise or protect the rights, property or personal safety of the Company, our users or others;
to enforce this privacy statement, including investigation of potential violations thereof;
pursuant to the approval of a legal guardian, in order to supply certain services such legal guardian or the user may have requested from the Company;
to collect, hold or manage Kids’ Persistent Device Identifier through our authorized third parties service providers, as reasonable for business purposes, which may be located in a country that does not have the same data protection laws as the user’s jurisdiction;
to let our partners and affiliates serve the users with advertisements as permitted by applicable laws and rules;
To detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
If Mile Strom Studio is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified of any change in ownership or uses of your information via our Email.

The purposes of processing

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its Services, as well as for the following purposes: Advertising, Handling payments, Analytics and Device permissions for Personal Data access.

Device permissions for Personal Data access

Depending on the User's specific device, this Application may request certain permissions that allow it to access the User's device Data as described below.

By default, these permissions must be granted by the User before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by the User at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, Users may refer to the device settings or contact the Owner for support at the contact details provided in the present document.
The exact procedure for controlling app permissions may be dependent on the User's device and software.

Please note that the revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of this Application.

If User grants any of the permissions listed below, the respective Personal Data may be processed (i.e accessed to, modified or removed) by this Application.



Phone permission

Used for accessing shared external storage, including the reading and adding of any items.

Targeted Advertising and Third Party Advertising

Mile Strom Studio and third-party advertisers may use your personal information for target advertising toward you based on things such as region, gender, interests, goals, habits, etc.

We do not disclose personal information to our advertisers, but we may give them aggregate or anonym zed information about our users to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target.
